Hi, I just have a few questions about the Sims 3 with pets and the exchange page.

1. So I have a few lots that I Favorited in on my page from the Exchange on the Sims 3 website. What I'm wondering is can I have two or more lots downloaded from the exchange onto one lot in the game? As long as it fits on the lot in the game? I'm planning on running a dog kennel facility in the game. But I plan on downloading a house for my Sims family and a dog kennel that is also found on the exchange. Would I be able to place both on the same lot? If that makes sense.

2. Now again with the exchange page, If I were to download a dog/horse from the exchange would I be able to edit that dog's coat color? gender? or it's traits?

I've played sims 3: Pets before but only on the Xbox360, I will have this one on the PC. But I've never used the exchange page before.
