Okay, so I'm trying to get the Heart Shaped cut for the Pink Diamond, and it apparently doesn't want to happen.
My Sim has more than 10 different kinds of gems in her inventory and it doesn't want to give me the cut, any idea what the problem is?
(If it's relevant the only things I have are the original game and Ambitions.)
- I'm not sure, but I think you need to get the 10 types cut, and also it may mean get the 10 types from the base game cut. I'm not sure, but that's all I can think of. --WH (talk) 08:56, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

- to unlock heart shaped cut, your sim must cut in other shape first. after cutting maybe 20 times. the heart shaped will be unlocked. Wir.wiryawan 06:21, July 7, 2011 (UTC)
- In my game play it is much the way wir.wiryawan mentions. Before the Heart cut became available I had a variety of stones cut in a variety of shapes several times and most recently the heart shape showed up (definitely over 10 but I don't know the exact amount of cuts when it showed up). I recommend find the cheapest and smallest one's, send those off in various cuts, and next time around you should have the heart. If not, maybe a glitch... (~~zinc)
