Forum:Help the first sims game is really laggy and I have lots of ram
I installed the first sims game and when I played it was really laggy also when I installed it it said the computer did't have enough ram (the sims only needs 64 mb of ram.) when I checked the ram there's over 3300 (I don't remember exactly how much) the game I have installed are the sims deluxe (with copyright form 2005) the sims hot date, vacation, unleashed, and superstar. The computer runs windows xp and plays the sims 2 and 3 without a problem (except a random crash problem in the sims 3 which I might have fixed I still need to test it) also the discs play fine on a windows 7 laptop that can play the sims 2 but wood need a better graphics card to run the sims 3. The computer that it's laggy on also has a good graphics card because the sims 3 set the most graphics settings to max or close. Another thing is that the computer was upgraded at the end of December because seasons or supernatural broke the sims 3 (it works now) thanks in advance for your help and if it can't be fixed I'll just have to play on the laptop. 24.108.74.229 (talk) 07:53, February 21, 2013 (UTC)
