Does anyone know how to add Kim and Kat families? They are from Pets and in occupied lots. They only appear once when the first time they're put in a Neighborhood, and then they won't in other Neighborhoods. Can I have them again? Woganhemlock - Wogan Hemlock - The Dark Sage TALK - 06:32, April 1, 2011 (UTC) As far as I know, there is no way to get them bock, other than painstakingly remaking the sims and house. Perhaps you could evict them out of their house, and save it to the library, and then save a copy of the family to the library. I don't really know, I haven't played TS2 in ages. This would work in The Sims 3, though.

It is definitely possible to get them back without resorting to re-creating them from the ground up - I know because I did exactly that a few years ago, when my copy of the Kim family glitched so badly I had to delete them. Unfortunately I can't remember exactly what I did... it involved, I believe, going to My Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 and replacing the folder with the Lots & Houses bin you find there with the one from My Computer > C: > Program Files > EA Games > {EP name}. However, I can't remember the specific details so I'd recommend double checking that if you decide to do it - I found the answer by Googling it, I'm sure you could still find the original page. Also, I think I do have the exact instructions printed out somewhere, so if I find them I'll let you know. :) Beatrice Monty 08:08, April 1, 2011 (UTC)
