to learn to teleport go to Takemizu Village. Buy a villa call a taxi. Go to a place in the village. Look for a ninja click him He will you a ask question the awnser in ninja. Then you can teleport!
To teleport click where you want to teleport (on the ground)
then select teleport. .ps. If he asks whick comes first the ninja or the sword click "the ninja". If ha asks wisdom or curage click "wisdom".
