ForNamVets (talk) 23:11, May 7, 2013 (UTC)I un-installed my Sims 2 basegame a few months back and when it asked if I wanted to save my houses, like an idiot (I had never saved them before) I said yes. In the game I had modified the doors and windows on the Goth home and naturally, the game is messed up. When I try and play them the game crashes. Is there anyway to find out what lot # they are living in and put in a new file for their home and delete this corrupted one? Thanks for any help. I have had my game for many years.ForNamVets (talk) 23:11, May 7, 2013 (UTC)

Looking at the files for N001 (Pleasantview) in SimPE shows that N001_Lot11 is the file that corresponds to the Goth home. However, I'm not quite sure how you'd go about replacing that file, or even if deleting the file itself would be a good idea. -- LostInRiverview talk ~ blog 23:52, May 7, 2013 (UTC)
