I need help for starting TS1 Deluxe Edition. When i click on the start file, it shows the Sims 2-like start screen, and the vanishes without a trace, and the game never pops up. And i dont think the screen is even right.

This is really frustrating me. Does anyone have any suggestions/solutions?
