When I have all EPs, I want to make my own city, story, scenario. What I'm still wondering is, when I make a custom Vacation Destination or College, will it: 1. automatically generate its secret society lot and secret vacation lot? 2. enable us to make its own secret society lot and secret vacation lot? 3. use the secret society lot and secret vacation lot that already exist? Or 4. remain without any secret lot?
