I found Sultan sam when I was with my sims on holiday in Champ le sims how he is holding grapevine.

Can someone tell me if ts it official spawn place or just bug of game?

That's odd. A magical gnome doesn't spawn for no reason, and this gnome is generally found in a treasure chest. I think it's just plain odd. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 12:53, March 29, 2014 (UTC)
