Hi, I'm new here so I don't really know what's going on (check my userpage), but I was wondering if we had any rules about adding transparency to images. Just skimming through the wiki, I can see tons of images that could benefit from it. However, I thought that if no images had trans, there might be a reason for it. — Matthew2602 (talk) 11:35, June 22, 2011 (UTC)

The headshot images are taken directly from SimPE, Sim3PE (or whatever it's called) etc. meaning that they're not transparent. I wouldn't oppose making these images transparent but I'm not sure if it is really needed (the headshots seem to look better with the black background). If you are planning to make an image for usage on your userpage, you're welcome to make that transparent if you wish. Lost Labyrinth (c)(b) 11:46, June 22, 2011 (UTC)
I was more referring to images of objects like these. Heck, this one even has a white background. — Matthew2602 (talk) 21:49, June 22, 2011 (UTC)
I see what you mean and you are very welcome to make them transparent if you wish as I do think that a logic box image would look better without a ground texture. :P Lost Labyrinth (c)(b) 21:55, June 22, 2011 (UTC)
Okay. :P — Matthew2602 (talk) 22:01, June 22, 2011 (UTC)
