Welcome to The Sims Wiki's Help desk. This is the place to ask for help with anything related to the wiki or the games. Please check below if you have any Gameplay, Technical or Wiki questions, so you know how to properly ask your questions.
- Gameplay Help
Feel free to use this forum to ask any questions about gameplay. When asking, be sure to state which game(s) and expansion(s) you're running, in order to get the most accurate answer possible.
- Technical Help
This forum can be used to ask for technical help with your game. However, in order to provide an answer to more technical questions, you'll need to provide some or all of this information when you ask your question:
- Which Game(s) and expansion(s) you are running
- Whether you have downloaded and installed any custom content or game modifications
- When the problem(s) began, specifically if they began after the installation of a patch or new expansion pack
- What operating system and version you're running (e.g. Windows 7, Mac OS X Lion, etc)
- Your hardware specifications, specifically your processor and its speed, your graphics card and its memory, and the amount of RAM your system has. If you do not know this information, please ask and we'll try to help you find it.
- Wiki Help
If you have any questions about how to perform some action on the wiki, you can start a thread here as well. Additionally, you can consult the help pages or contact an administrator.
