His name may be a typo, as "Frances" with an "e" is a woman's name. Maxis probably intended for him to be named "Francis," as he is referred to in his household description. SimPE can be used to correct this.

Despite being described as rich, he only has about §950 in cash. However, judging from the picture in the Worthington Household article, he lives in a well-furnished house. If he marries after leaving college, and he is the one to initiate the "Propose ... Marriage" interaction, his spouse and children will inherit the III in his name, which can be very irritating.
