Game guide:Allmenus cheat

The Allmenus cheat is a hidden cheat that can unlock all possible interactions of a Sim or an object regardless of any conditions. This cheat enables player to use interactions that are normally unavailable through normal means, or that can normally be done as an autonomous reaction. Some examples are shown on picture below.

Sims can sponge bath, play with fridge, turn into bat without becoming a Vampire, love flour sack baby, kick trash can, learn from Prof. von Ball, smash urn, and stomp flowerbeds on command. These all interactions will be available in the pie menus when clicking corresponding objects. Additionally, all Sim-to-Sim interactions are available as well regardless of relationship. This cheat is very useful for storytelling purposes.

How Come I Never Heard about It?

Allmenus cheat is a hidden cheat that can only be unlocked by changing some codes in registry files. The procedure is easy and quick, but if you're not sure about tweaking your game files, don't do this. Also, this cheat is not recommended for players who are not used to using testingcheatsenabled true.

Follow the instructions to activate the cheat:

1. Browse C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\LATEST EP\TSData\Res\Config, or the directory where you install your game. To see which expansion pack or stuff pack you have the latest, see Tutorial:Which disc is used to start?
2. Open GlobalProps.xml file in NotePad. Backup it first!

3. 

   Insert the following code

   <AnyBoolean key="testingCheatsEnabled" type="0xcba908e1">true</AnyBoolean>
   

   somewhere between the lines like the image on the right.
4. Save the file
5. Done! After this, the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled cheat will be automatically activated whenever you play the game, just to remind you.
6. Enter allMenus on to enable the cheat.

Other Cheats

With the cheat enabled, there are also other cheats that you can use to expand storytelling cheat abilities.

• Money [amount | +amount | -amount] - Adds or subtracts amount of money to the current household. More simple than familyFunds cheat.
• DebugSocial [on/off] - Enables an option card to show up to determine the outcome of a Sim-to-Sim interactions.

Notes

• Activating Allmenus cheat will disable Free Will. To re-enable it, the cheat must be disabled.
• All Pets interactions are also unlocked, if you use boolProp controlPets true cheat.
