The best Traits to take if you plan on maxing it are: Materialistic, Snob. There are no particular Traits to avoid. Overall, you will gain 4,500 Satisfaction Points from completing the 4 milestones. One way to do it is to move into the most expensive house in the world, (e.g Hound’sHound's Head, Oakenstead) and that should easily fill most of the Sim's aspiration.
