#The relative will receive the "Oh My Ghost!" [[opportunity]]. Instead of taking the dead Sim's tombstone to the graveyard, take the tombstone of the Sim you want resurrected to the [[Science lab]].

Note: An easier way to get the "Oh My Ghost!" opportunity is to have a high relationship with a male ghost and Try for Baby. A while after your sim's cell phone will ring and offer the opportunity.
If you want to get your ghost Sim back to normal, have them eat [[Ambrosia]], that will change them from a ghost to a normal Sim! However it is MUCH harder than it seems.
