Unlike the conventional The Sims games, a goal system is used in The Sims: Bustin' Out. All the goals and details of how to complete them are below. The reward for completing the goal is also described.

Note: This guide refers to the console version of the game, and note the GameBoy Advance version.

Note: Goals regarding to career advancement are not included in this guide. To achieve them, simply get the required friends and skill points, then go to work in a good mood.

Stage 1

Mom's House

Activate double speed - Just press the double speed button. (See the game manual to find out which button this is for your console).

Reward: §50

Eat enough food to fill your stomach - Not long after you arrive at the house, Mom should serve a meal. Walk over to where she puts the food and select 'Grab A Plate' from the pie menu. If she doesn't prepare any food, just go over to the fridge and make a meal yourself.

Reward: §50

Use a toilet to empty your bladder - The bathroom is towards the back of the house. Use the toilet within it.

Reward: The maid is now available in the 'Services' menu on your phone

Do fun stuff to raise your fun level - Depending on your personality traits, either read a book, watch the television or dance by the radio.

Reward: §50

Use the newspaper to find a job - The newspaper will be outside by the mailbox. Go over to it and 'Find A Job'. Any of the careers will satisfy this goal.

Reward: Super Scooter, and Mimi's Place or Dudley's Trailer (depending on career chosen)

Stage 2

Mimi's Place

Interact with other Sims to satisfy your social need - Go over to Mimi and talk to her.

Reward: §50

Get to know Mimi better - If you continue to socialise with Mimi (as long as you're not using any of the offensive options), this should quickly be completed.

Reward: Sign Language (social)

Have one skill point in Cooking - Mimi has a bookcase in her living room. Go over to it and read a cook book.

Reward: §200

Invite Mom over to your new place - Go over to the phone and select Mom's House, then make sure you invite her (rather than just talking to her). If she accepts, you'll satisfy the goal immediately, whether you answer the door to her or not.

Reward: Nag About House (social)

Visit Dudley and use Sign Language - Get into your vehicle and choose to visit Dudley's Trailer. If you've unlocked the Sign Language social option, use it on Dudley wonce you arrive at his home.

Reward: Topiary Skull Shrub

Repair all the broken things - When you first arrive at Mimi's house, it is only her espresso machine that is broken. Repair it to complete the goal. If anything else has broken before you attempt this, those appliances will also need fixing. Note that a high mechanical level will make accomplishing this goal easier.

Reward: The repairman is now available in the 'Services' menu on your phone

Dudley's Trailer

Interact with other Sims to satisfy your social need - Go over to Dudley and talk to him.

Reward: §50

Get to know Dudley better - If you continue to socialise with Dudley (as long as you're not using any of the offensive options), this should quickly be completed.

Reward: Pull My Finger (social)

Have one skill point in Cooking - Dudley has a bookcase towards the bottom of his hallway.

Visit Mimi and get her to pull your finger - Get into your vehicle and visit Mimi's Place. If you've unlocked the Pull My Finger social option, use it on Mimi. Once you do, the goal is complete.

Reward: Big Mouth Chair

Clean up the mess - As you probably noticed as soon as you arrived at Dudley's, the entire house is a mess. To complete this goal, all the trash that litters the floor must be place in either the trash compactor or the bin. However, you personally do not have to clean anything. The easiest way to do this is probably to hire a maid, and then let her deal with the problem.

Reward: Toxic Barrel

Incomplete

Rest of guide coming soon.
