Have you ever wanted to make a trap for a Burglar or want a Sim to insert a keystone so your front door opens? Well it can all be done if you use the buydebug cheat. Linking is very advanced and is hard to master but you can accomplish a lot by doing so. Please note that this will require The Sims 3: World Adventures expansion.

Description.[edit | edit source]

After entering 'testingcheatsenabled true' as a console command, use the buydebug cheat. A new category will appear under Sort by Function in Buy Mode. The tomb objects subcategory will list objects that can be linked.

Objects able to link.[edit | edit source]

These are all the objects that can be linked.

  • Keystone
  • Chests

  • Wells
  • Foot triggers
  • Torches
  • Traps
  • Processor that looks like a computer
