I think using the cheat boolProp testingcheatsenabled true alone is enough for the task because it turn all need bars draggable, so just keep dragging the need bars of the toddler and the "teacher" to the max when necessary until the toddler learn everything (an exception for the potty training - keep dragging the toddler's bladder bar to the min to keep the stuff going).
