Visitors have been known to vanish without a trace. Or is that just an urban myth? Perhaps if you get to work with General Payne, you'll learn how he got his name. His roommate in the Octagon is Maxine Powers.

- When the players first load The Octagon, there is a glitch where his sign is Aquarius, but he is actually a Leo. It will change the next time the players load The Octagon. The same applies to Maxine Powers.
- Sometimes he will use a quote from General S. Patton.
- His artwork model has a light skin, in contradiction to his in-game model which have a tan skin.
