The sneaky Giuseppi

The sneaky dealer. He sells at his van at night and might be someone that you would want to steer clear of. In one mission, you have to take a photo of him when he hold Uncle Hayseed as a ransom to steal his stuff. When you have taken a picture of him, Detective Dan D. Mann will appear and arrest him.
