As a lot assignment, gyms provide the Fit Atmosphere [[moodlet]] and will attract Sims with the [[Athletic (trait)|Athletic]] and [[Disciplined]] traits and repel Sims with the [[Couch Potato]] trait.
It is a great place to build Athletic Skill as there are gym obects such as treadmills.
