Hiller Flint is a pre-made townie who is usually seen wandering around Appaloosa Plains. He is usually seen wandering around town. He might be made playable by marrying him or asking him to move in.
My sim has a full bar of relationship with Hiller Flint, they are going steady, he always turns down her "Woohoo" (even when he finds her irresistable) and it has never offered me the option to Ask Sim to Move In.
