A horse ranch is a new lot assignment introduced in The Sims 3: Pets. It is a lot for horses to hang out with Sims and train for their Jumping and Racing skills. It is similar to a dog park and cat park.

The only horse ranch is Equestrian Regional Training Grounds. It is in Appaloosa Plains, opposite of JRA International Equestrian Center. There is a ranch where horses can relax and sleep at the stalls. The big space full of training objects is for horses to train for the skills. There is also a bar, a buffet table and a barbecue grill to serve Sims, or for a party.
