The Ice cream maker is an object introduced in The Sims 3: Store and The Sims 4: Cool Kitchen Stuff.

Sims can create ice cream, gelato, and soft serve, and add several toppings to their creations. Thirty flavors will also be able to be created using the machine, including some which can bestow special abilities.^[1]

The Ice Cream Maker returned in The Sims 4: Cool Kitchen Stuff, it is the new gameplay feature of the stuff pack and includes 30 new flavours, 8 toppings and 10 garnishes.

With this object Sims can create cans of Ice Cream to which they can place in the world and add Toppings or Garnishes if they wish. Ice Cream fufills a Sims hunger need and can sometimes give a cool Moodlet.

Some Ice Creams Sims can make have an effect on them such as help them gain/lose weight, breath like a dragon, become cold or temporarily become something similar to aPlantSim.
