Investment
Investments are another way your Sim will be able to earn money over the course of the game. It comprises of Partnerships and Ownership. Both of which will put big holes in your Sims wallet but, overtime, will pay for themselves. Once you have partnered (Become a Partner) or became an owner (Buy out Property) a Partner's Deed or Owner's Deed will be moved into your Sims inventory.
Although you may own the building in which your Sim works the deed will have no effect on your Sim's career
