Onomatology
Ito: From the Japanese words "i" (伊) meaning "this" and "tō" (藤) meaning "wisteria".
Naoki: Mainly from the Japanese words "nao" (直) meaning "straight" and "ki" (樹) meaning "tree".
Megumi: From the Japanese word "megumi" (恵) meaning "favor" or "benefit", or a similarly pronounced word (愛) meaning "love" or "affection".
Kiyoshi: From the Japanese word "kiyoshi" (清 or 淳) meaning "pure".
Nanami: Mainly from the Japanese words "nana" (七) meaning "seven" and "mi" (海) meaning "sea".
