Jacqueline Vandermorgan is the deceased mother of Lyla Grunt grandmother of Tank Grunt, Ripp Grunt, and Buck Grunt, and ex-mother-in-law of General Buzz Grunt. During her life, she was married to A.P. Vandermorgan.
Not much else is known about her seeing how she was deceased before the start of The Sims 2. Curiously, she looks like Hecate Nigmos, except in the color of the skin and Hecate's face is more gaunt.
