She also has two sisters - [[Alani Shepherd|Alani]], who is not playable, and [[Hailey Shepherd]], who is living in the [[Unfettered with Feathers household]], with whom she is best friends and good friends respectively. She is at the first trimester of pregnancy. Jazlyn, as implied, is not very lucky: her husband is absent from house life; she takes care of her son Ethan, who isn't growing up with the needed support from a strong paternal figure; and she doesn't know what to do. She is not aware of her husband's multiple affairs. Consequently, Ethan has been growing much closer to Jazlyn than to his father. Jazlyn and Ethan are best friends.
