She is also wife of [[Simis Bachelor]]. Her parents are unknown and never mentioned in [[The Sims 2]] and unlike parents of her husband, [[Simis Bachelor]], even in [[The Sims 3]]. In Greek Mythology, Jocasta is the mother, and latter wife, of Oedipus.
