Julius Ceasar is the father of Octavius Caesar (Capp). He is dead at the begining of the game, and he aspires for popularity; his wife Calpurnia is also dead.
Julius is buried in the cemetary plot on the Capp grounds. Even though he died long ago, he is resurrectable, but will come with a blank personality and no memories.
