This area is accessible from Area 1. It contains viewing point that gain a moodlet called "A New Perspective" (Inspired +2), Omiscan ruins, five gateways, and various treasure chests and digsites. A [[Tree of Emotions]] can be found near the viewing point.
The gateways, in clockwise order, lead to Area 1, the Omiscan Royal Baths, the Lagoon, the Omiscan Temple and the Island. The gateway to the Lagoon and the Island are not always accessible.
