Justin Kayes is a Sim living in Twinbrook, where he is part of the Hi Tech Friends household. At start of game Justin is unemployed. He is friends with his roommates, and best friends with Anna-Liza Riddle and friends with Amy Bull. Justin has 4 skill points in inventing, logic, and Handiness. He has black hair but brown eyebrows, which may means that he dyed it.
His name is a play on "just in case".
