She was the daughter of [[Pavel Kozlov|Pavel]] and [[Keesa Kozlov]], the wife of [[Alexei Una]], the sister of [[Larisa Aspir]] {{nee|Kozlov}} and the mother of [[Natasha Una]]. Through her sister, she is the aunt of [[Luis Aspir]], the great-aunt of [[Victor Aspir]], great-aunt-in-law of [[Elizabeth Aspir]], and the great-great-aunt of [[Pauline Aspir]]. Katerina is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the [[Family (aspiration)|Family]] [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|aspiration]], and the [[Aries]] [[zodiac sign]].

Katerina's SimDNA in SimPE shows that her recessive alleles are for red hair and brown eyes. Also her dominant skin tone range is for medium skin, while her recessive skin tone range is for light skin. However both Katerina's dominant and recessive alleles are for tanned skin. In the Una family album, Katerina is shown with medium skin, while Natasha is shown with light skin, despite having tanned skin and medium skin in the game respectively.
