She uses the 14th Maxis face template in [[Create a Sim]], except the nose and mouth which uses the 22nd face template. Also the jaw is customized, being longer than on the default. However the jaw is only longer on [[teen]]age, [[adult]], and elder females, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down.
Katerina's SimDNA in SimPE shows that her recessive alleles are for red hair and brown eyes. Also her dominant skin tone range is for medium skin, while her recessive skin tone range is for light skin. However both Katerina's dominant and recessive alleles are for tanned skin. In the Una family album, Katerina is shown with medium skin, while Natasha is shown with light skin, despite having tanned skin and medium skin in the game respectively.
