Kimberly befriended [[Frances McCullough]], the High "Bad" Witch, by the start of the game. Like Samantha and Phoebe, she has enough of a good relationship with her magical acquaintance to become a "mean" witch. All that needs to be done is to invite Frances over, and use the interaction, "Teach Me the Path of Darkness". The player is suggested to do this, because clear evidence shows good and bad reagents dominating the shelves in the house. If you look in the sister's bedrooms, you'll find a Crystallized Moonbeams on Samantha's desk, and a Viper's Essence on Kimberly's desk. Kimberly wears a dark brown strapless jumpsuit with various necklaces, and heeled knee-high boots. Her black hair is in a bob similar to her sisters, but some of her hair is in her face. She holds a job in the Military career, as an Elite Forces officer.
