The Fiesta Swim Center is built around two pools, one small and one very large. There are two buildings on opposite sides of the large pool. On one side, there is a small building which has an [[espresso bar]]. The building on the other side is larger, and has [[treadmill]]s and a wall-mounted TV in a large room, a couple of [[Weight machine#The Sims 2|weight machines]] in a small room, and [[pool table]]s in the third room. The bathrooms and showers are upstairs. There are lounge chairs by the large pool. There is also a [[barbecue]] grill.
