The first shop to the right of the restrooms is an espresso bar and magazine shop. The last shop is an arcade and game store, which also sells personal electronics.

The rooms appear to be smaller than usual. Unlike most other dorms, none of them have dressers or computers. Also unlike most other dorms, the bathrooms are not separated into men's rooms and women's rooms, but since each one can only be used by one Sim at a time, that does not matter.
