Mosquito Cove
{{Lot

<blockquote>"Imagine your own footbridge leading into your like-new home! This small house with big character is situated on water-rich real estate and includes an almost screened-in porch."</blockquote>

This lot appears abandoned because of its isolated location and its old and worn appearance and features. It's name is clearly noting the pond that surrounds the front of the yard, which in real life would be a perfect place for mosquitoes to live. The first level consists of seemingly aged funiture and appliances, which also carries on to the second floor. It's all a bit damp- and grimy-looking, but it's pretty big with some unused space and makes a good "fixer-upper" house that you can improve over time.&nbsp

This makes for a wonderful starter home. It features a fairly large bedroom and small bathroom, small dining area and kitchen, and a large living room. It has a stone driveway, great backyard, and a fenced-in side garden perfect for the advanced gardener. Moving into this house will make the Sims neighbors with the Ursine family and the Wan-Goddard Family. It is located in the small seaside neighborhood by Old Pier Beach.
