Loser is a social Trait in The Sims 3. It conflicts with the Brave and Charismatic traits.

Losers encounter woe and misfortune throughout their lives beginning with school and continuing into their careers. They will fail and fail often. They won't get mad even when life falls apart. They'll just cry.

Attributes

  • Sim has been dealt a bad hand in life... don't expect things to go well!
  • Sim will have lower success rates in everything.
  • Sim is more likely to receive a negative event at work/school.
  • Children Sims will get beaten up at school on a regular basis. Sometimes, they will be lucky enough that this won't happen.
  • Opportunities are more difficult and are easier for the Sim to fail at.
  • Loser Sims get bullied by Mean Spirited and Evil Sims.
  • Loser Sims will break down in tears if something bad happens to them (which is frequent).
  • Loser Sims complain more in conversation.
  • Loser Sims are less likely to win games.
  • Loser Sims will get more potent "Winner" moodlets when they manage to win games.
  • Sims that are close friends will usually comfort the Loser Sim if they are upset.
  • If your sim dies of unnatural causes (such as burning to death) the Grim Reaper may tell the Sim that he enjoys watching the Sim suffer, and will let the Sim live longer
