Louie Bricks is an Urb residing in Urbzville's district, South Side Bridge. His occupation is that of a businessman. He runs his own bootleg fireworks production plant called Louie’s Flameworks, and is always short-handed and looking for new blood. Some skill with a sledgehammer and a willingness to mess with Louie’s competition are also a plus.

He likes polyester prints, fat wads of bills, and stuffed olives. And has a dislike for wrinkled pants, cry babies, and bumble bees. Getting to know him will result in being taught the social moves: Knuckle Up, Suck Face, and Bite.

Comix: South Side Bridge

In the 2 page comic by Steve Rolston. Louie is introduced to a girl named Jayde who stopped by South Side to sell a box of clothing that fell off a truck. As it turns out, the box of clothing and truck belonged to Louie. Calling on his two cohorts to rough her up, Jayde preforms the social move "Firecracker Dance" resulting in both of the men and Louie, to be charmed by her bold move. Louie laughs and says he might be able to forgive Jayde's mistakes in exchange of giving back the clothing and working at the Fireworks Factory, she agrees as both walk to the warehouse.
