Malcolm Landgraab is a business tycoon and villan in The Sims (Console) and The Sims Bustin' Out. He is the father of Malcolm Landgraab II, Mimi Landgraab, and Dudley Landgraab, grandfather to Malcolm Landgraab III, and great-grandfather of Malcolm Landgraab IV.

In The Sims (Console) he asks the player to fix-up various lots while they are in residence.

In The Sims Bustin' Out, Malcolm wears a pink ruffled shirt with a white suit, and a white bowler's hat. His role is to go around SimCity stealing things from his rival Sims (even his own kids) for not paying rent until he is defeated by the playable character of Bustin' Out and their Mom (his ex-wife).

How To Defeat Him

The way the player can achieve this is by working their way up on the career path, moving into different houses, and achieving pre-decided goals in each different home. When the player has almost reached the top of the career path, they will unlock a location called "Malcolm's Mansion". When the player goes to that location, Malcolm will be standing on the path to the front door, and out of the blue, good ole' Mom comes running in and she "scares Malcolm away". After this, Malcolm runs off his lawn, leaving the player to bask in the glory of their new mansion.
