Money tree

The Money Tree is an aspiration reward that was introduced in The Sims 2. The Money Tree has several ups and downs, so beware!

Ups

When a Sim's aspiration level is gold or higher, that your Sim will be able to harvest forty Simoleons from the Money Tree.
You can use this item indefinitely ... as long as you keep it watered.
Money Trees are cheap in aspiration points, so if you Sim has plenty of aspiration points, you can afford plenty of Money Trees for your Sim! Just avoid pesky neighbors and water the trees daily.
Harvesting money from the Money Tree fulfills the want to earn some money.
When it fails, it doesn't penalize or harm the user, it just gives the token amount of one simoleon.
Children can harvest from the Money Tree.

When the Money Tree is ready for harvest, neighbors can and WILL take the money from your tree. To avoid this, keep your Money Tree locked away from other Sims.
When your Sim has an Aspiration of green or lower, there is a 50% chance they will only receive one simoleon, during harvest.
If you don't water your Money Tree for a certain amount of time, it will wither away.
