The Sims 2: Apartment Life The Sims 4

Monkey bars are a playground object that appear in The Sims 2: Apartment Life and The Sims 4.

The Sims 2: Apartment Life

Hey Hey It's the Monkey Bars from Go Play!
Most children want to grow up to be an astronaut or rock star, but Milton Morgan wanted to be something different. He wanted to be a monkey. While he never got his wish, he did eventually become a co-owner of Go Play! and created the best monkey bars he could. Now every little child can be a monkey if he or she wants to.

The Hey Hey It's the Monkey Bars from Go Play! was introduced in The Sims 2: Apartment Life. Only children and teens can use the object. Children can play on the bars, and teens can "hang out" on them. Sims will climb up on one end and "walk" hand-over-hand to the other end. If their body skill is low, or if the player cancels their interaction, they will drop from the bars and land on the ground. Sims will build the body skill while using the object.

More than one Sim can play on the bars at a time; however, if the two Sims are moving in opposite directions, they will get stuck when they meet. Either one of the Sims must have their interaction cancelled and move out of the way before the bars become unstuck.
