It is not recommended that you copy the Champs Les Sims Nectary as it contains a huge underground tomb, making your own is not difficult though.
The lot type requires several conditions be met to function properly:
#It must be set as 'Nectary' so that it generates the right map tag. Since [[The Sims 3/Patch 12|Patch 12]] this can be done without using cheats.
#It must contain a 'Nectary [[Register]]' object, which will automatically assign available sims to the role of 'Nectary Merchant'.
#It must contain [[Nectar Racks]] that are set using the ''Shift + Ctrl + click'' command to contain sellable (and tastable) nectar bottles.
