Noriko Aspir (née Kimura) is the daughter of Jiro Kimura and Kumiko Kimura. She was married to Luis Aspir and had one child. Victor Aspir. She is of Oriental descent as is visible in her appearance and name. Her husband Luis Aspir can ressurect her using the Genie Lamp in his attic.
