The other two tinkering hobby instructors are [[Erik Futa]] and [[Marsha Trimble]]. He appears in every [[neighborhood]] once ''FreeTime'' has been installed. Ocean can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by [[marry]]ing him. He has short black hair, light blue eyes, and light skin.
