Old Sim State Tower

The Old Sim State tower is a tower on the Sim State University campus. Another one exists and is called Sim State Tower. Apparently, this one was built first. It is five stories high, at the ground level there are a bathroom and a BBQ area and at the top floor a old sofa and a cheap TV.
