Opportunity/Bot building

This is the list of bot building skill opportunities. These skill opportunities have incredibly high weighted chance (500 as opposed to usual 10 for skill opportunities), making Sims only receive them most of the time once they meet the requirements. There is a mod that will prevent this from happening.
