The Bookstore has announced that they'll be holding a creativity retreat for local artists in the near future. You should visit the Bookstore, chill with your fellow artists, and have a good time. You just might leave with a little inspiration!

Fresco Fest

"Assist Painter" at the city hall.
A world famous fresco painter has been commissioned by City Hall to paint a fresco for the front entranceway. The painter needs an assistant, and you have been recommended. Visit City Hall quickly to assist the painter, and the knowledge gained will increase the value of all of your future paintings.
Notes: The reward setup erroneously sets the painting value boost for the next -1 painting. Due to the negative value, the value boost is never applied to any paintings and basically useless. This is not the case for Local Artists Gallery opportunity above.

Management at the Business Office would like to hire you, an established local artist, to redesign their office to be a bit more exciting and less droll for their hard-working employees. Bring in 10 paintings, and in exchange you'll be showered in money and your relationship with the office employees will improve.

Deliver 15 paintings to the city hall between 7 AM and 9 PM.
The City Management Department down at City Hall would like to hire you, a famous artist, to spruce up all public buildings and venues. It's a massive undertaking that has the full support of the mayor and city council! You'll need to deliver 15 paintings. You'll be well paid with taxpayer money and your relationship with city workers will improve.

The owner of the restaurant would like to hire you, an up-and-coming local artist, to redesign the interior décor of the restaurant to be a bit more lively, fresh, and appealing for the customers. You'll need to bring in at least {10.Money} worth of paintings, and in exchange you'll be paid and your relationship with the restaurant employees will improve.

Deliver a painting worth §1,000 to the science lab between 7 AM and 9 PM.
The researchers at the Science Facility just received a large grant to study the effects of high quality art on Sims. Unfortunately, they weren't given enough to buy even a poor piece of art from an auction, so they're asking local artists to submit paintings worth §1000 or more for reasonable compensation. Seems like a good way for a new painter to make some money!
