Optimum Alfred is a robot who features in The Sims 2 on GBA and DS. In the DS version, occasionally, him and his drones will attack the hotel, and the player will have to put on their Rat costume, and fight him. I've noticed that he is often in a 'Loopy' mood.

Optimum Alfred is the last of three villains you must defeat. He is literally power hungry, as one of his task is to give him 20 nuclear power rods. Alfred also requires a special battery you can purchase at the store. Later, Alfred breaks the elevator disallowing you to reach the penthouse suite. You must reach mechanical 5, to fix the elevator. Your character then teams up with the alien Emporeor Xizzle. You steal the blueprints to Alfred's diabolical invention and destroy it. When you have destroyed this,there is a final battle on the sundeck. After the fight, the game is basically over, but you can still manage the hotel.
